SHIPPING:

NOTE: Due to the Canada Post postal strike, we are currently shipping UPS Standard. Just like before, your tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.

TO CANADA:

*Shipping is a flat rate charge; this charge varies by province. CLICK HERE to see provincial shipping rates. (Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or the Yukon at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.)

*Shipping within Canada automatically includes a tracking number.

*You’ll be notified with your tracking number via email upon shipment of your order.

TO THE US:

*Shipping is a flat rate charge of $30.00 to all states.

*Shipping to the US automatically includes a tracking number.

*You’ll be notified with your tracking number via email upon shipment of your order.

PICK UP:

FROM OUR HOME STUDIO:

We offer free “curbside” pick up from our home studio in Shawnigan Lake. Make sure to select “STORE PICKUP (SHAWNIGAN LAKE AREA, VANCOUVER ISLAND, B.C.)” at checkout for this pick up option.

FROM THE CRAFT SHOW:

We also offer free pick up from any of the local craft shows that we are attending. Make sure to select “STORE PICKUP (LOCAL CRAFT SHOW)” at checkout for this pick up option.

The Pick Up Process:

*You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order is ready for pick up.

*Once you have received your pick up confirmation, please email us at studio10arts@shaw.ca or call us at (250) 743-2931 to schedule a pick up date and time.

*You may call any day, including weekends, but we kindly ask that you call sometime between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. If we miss your call, please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

*HOLIDAY SEASON PICK UP HOURS (October - January): Between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, 7 days a week, at our home studio located at:

2854 Ceylon Rd., Shawnigan Lake, BC, Canada, V0R 2W1

*When you arrive, please park in our driveway and call us at (250) 743-2931 to let us know you are ready for your pick up! Please remain in your vehicle and we will bring your order right out to you!
